The pendant is a fairly regular heart shape with a hoop attached to the top through which the chain is threaded. The centrepiece of the pendant is the dazzling diamond in the centre. The diamond is inset into the body perfectly - the 925 sterling silver body is still prominent but the diamond certainly holds court in this design.
