Purdice Jewellery's Terms and Conditions
A. Any items purchased from Purdice Jewellery must be used with the highest level or care and attention. The purchaser or recipient of items purchased accepts that Purdice Jewellery will incur no liability for any harm, damage, loss or consequential loss incurred in any circumstances including but not restricted to the use, sale, postage and delivery or transfer of Purdice Jewellery products.
B. The purchaser or recipient of items purchased from Purdice Jewellery accepts that children under the age of 16 will not use, be given or at any time regardless of however brief be left unsupervised near or with access to any items sold by Purdice Jewellery. This restriction does not apply to the jewellery we sell under the section Children’s Jewellery.
C. The purchaser or recipient of items purchased from Purdice Jewellery hereby acknowledges and agrees that all disputes with Purdice Jewellery will be resolved under English law and in the jurisdiction of English courts. This applies equally without exception to all purchasers, or recipients of items purchased, within countries outside of the UK.
D. Purdice Jewellery’s directors, employees or staff shall not be liable for any losses or claims arising directly or indirectly from use of this website.
E. Purdice Jewellery accepts no responsibility or liability for the content of websites that Purdice Jewellery links to. Links to other websites must not to be viewed as an endorsement of other websites content, products or themes.
F. The products displayed on this website are displayed strictly on an invitation-to-treat basis. They do no constitute an offer. A binding contract is only formed when Purdice Jewellery accepts an offer to purchase the item from a customer. Purdice Jewellery may at any time refuse to accept an offer to purchase and does not have to provide a reason for its decision.
G. Every design, graphic, text, arrangement of design, graphic and/or text, source code, software including but not limited to applets, intellectual property rights or anything else of a similar nature on the Purdice Jewellery website remains the property of Purdice Jewellery. Purdice Jewellery reserves copyright and all other rights at all times. Use, distribution or reproduction is strictly prohibited without the consent or Purdice Jewellery. Consent may only be obtained by written reply to a written request.
H. If any part or parts of these terms and conditions are found to be invalid the remaining part or parts of the term and/or condition or the remaining terms and conditions shall remain valid and enforceable.
I. Purdice Jewellery acknowledges at all times, including during the drafting of these terms and conditions, that certain statutory rights can not be
excluded.
